Letter From the Directors

Salt and Light Performing Arts is a Christian-based musical theatre program dedicated to nurturing creativity, confidence, and community through the performing arts. What began as a small spark, a dream placed on our hearts by God, has grown into a vibrant and joy-filled space where students are encouraged to discover and develop their God given gifts.

Founded by a team of passionate teaching artists who share a deep love for both faith and the arts, Salt and Light exists to be a creative sanctuary. We believe that the arts are a reflection of our Creator, and when students create, perform, and collaborate, they are honoring Him. Our goal is to provide a safe, uplifting environment where students can grow not only in their artistic abilities, but also in their confidence, character, and walk with the Lord.

Through classes, lessons, camps, and showcases we have the privilege of watching students find their voices, build meaningful friendships, and shine boldly for God’s glory. Each experience is filled with laughter, learning, and purpose reminding us that something truly special happens when a community comes together with faith at the center.

Our programs, including our summer camps for 5th–8th graders, offer engaging, high quality instruction in acting, singing, and dance, all rooted in Christ-centered values. We are committed to challenging students while also encouraging them, equipping them, and celebrating them every step of the way.

At Salt and Light, we are more than a program, we are a family. A family that creates, grows, and shines together.
