At Salt & Light Performing Arts, we believe the arts can be a beautiful space for love, friendship, creativity, service, and worship.
We are more than training, classes, workshops, camps, and shows. We are building a community where young artists can grow in their gifts, form meaningful friendships, serve others, and learn what it means to use their creativity for something greater than themselves.
Friendship
We create a space where students feel welcomed, known, encouraged, and loved. We believe the friendships formed through creating together are just as valuable as the skills learned along the way.
Creating
We believe creativity is a gift from God. Through theatre, music, dance, and storytelling, we encourage students to explore their imaginations, develop their talents, and boldly create all while honoring our Creator.
Service
Our work doesn't stop at the stage. We seek opportunities to serve our community with joyful hearts, using our time, talents, and resources to love our neighbors well.
Worship
Everything we do is rooted in our love for the Lord. Whether we are rehearsing, performing, learning, serving, or simply spending time together, we want our work to point back to Him.
At Salt & Light, we want students to know that their gifts have purpose. Our hope is to raise up young artists who are not only confident performers, but also kind friends, joyful creators, willing servants, and lights in their communities.
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16
